Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This is a global, company-wide Privacy Policy for the Metranox Labs portfolio. It covers every mobile application we develop and publish on Google Play and other distribution channels—currently including Curravia, Vanogift, and Metravia, as well as any apps we release in the future.

By downloading, installing, or using any Metranox Labs app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Our Technology Stack

Across our app portfolio, we commonly rely on Google Sign-In for optional authentication and account sync, Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage, and backend services, and Google AdMob for advertising in supported apps.

Individual apps may use subsets of these services depending on their features. App-specific data practices may also be described within each app or on its store listing where required.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the app and features you use, we may collect the following categories of information:

Account Information: If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture as permitted by your Google account settings.

Usage & App Performance Data: Through Firebase and similar services, we may collect device identifiers, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and aggregated usage statistics to improve stability and performance across our products.

Preferences & Local Data: Favorites, history, settings, and other app-specific preferences may be stored locally on your device and, when you sign in, synchronized via cloud services.

Advertising Data: Where AdMob is enabled, Google may collect device advertising identifiers and related data in accordance with Google's policies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and maintain our apps, sync preferences across devices, improve features and reliability, respond to support requests, and display advertising where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Local Storage & Offline Data

Many Metranox Labs apps store data locally on your device to support offline functionality, faster performance, and personal preferences. This data remains on your device unless you enable cloud sync or explicitly back up your account data.

You can clear local app data at any time through your device settings.

6. Google Sign-In & Firebase

Google Sign-In may be offered to authenticate users and sync data such as favorites and history across devices. Firebase services may process authentication tokens, cloud storage metadata, and analytics events on our behalf across our app portfolio.

Google's processing of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and your Google account settings.

7. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Some Metranox Labs apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies, mobile identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers including Google (Sign-In, Firebase, AdMob) and Google Play Services. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party services you interact with through our apps.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who assist us in operating our apps, subject to confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably identify you may be used for analytics and product improvement across the Metranox Labs portfolio.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

You may request deletion of your account data and associated cloud records by contacting us at support@metranox.com. This is our primary contact for all privacy and data-deletion requests across every Metranox Labs app. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@metranox.com and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit where supported by our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of any Metranox Labs app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
