These Terms apply globally to the full Metranox Labs portfolio: mobile applications (including Curravia, Vanogift, Metravia, and any future releases), this website, documentation, APIs, cloud sync features, and any other digital services we provide now or in the future.

Metranox Labs offers a range of utility, productivity, and lifestyle software. Specific features vary by product. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Financial Disclaimer

Any financial data, exchange rates, market trends, crypto prices, precious metal values, or bank and bureau reference rates displayed in Metranox Labs apps are for informational purposes only. Displayed values may differ from actual rates offered by banks, exchanges, payment providers, or financial institutions at the time of a transaction.

Nothing provided through Metranox Labs services constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for all financial and business decisions you make. Always verify rates and data with official or licensed sources before completing any transaction.

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure, reverse engineer our software except where permitted by applicable law, interfere with other users, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate service. Real-time data availability, including exchange rates and market feeds, may be delayed, unavailable, or subject to third-party provider limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metranox Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising from your use of or reliance on any Metranox Labs service or displayed financial data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Metranox Labs for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if the service was provided free of charge.

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms such as Google Play, Google Sign-In, Firebase, and AdMob. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Metranox Labs is not responsible for third-party services.
